World-renowned conservation biologist and Harvard Professor Edward O. Wilson and Bob George (GIBS) are examining a Lophelia coral branch at the Agassiz Museum (Museum of Comparative Zoology - MCZ) at Cambridge, Massachusetts on August 30, 2004.These two conservation biologists are promoting the concepts of “All Species Encyclopedia” (WILSON plan) and “Eco-taxonomic Renaissance” (GEORGE plan). GIBS is presently developing a plan to hold a workshop to launch a “Cnidaria Genome Project”.
